Graviera is a hard cheese, three to eight months mature with a mild salty taste.
It is one of the finest cheeses, a product of high nutritional value as it contains the most calcium of all table cheeses.
You can enjoy it neat or accompanied by fine wines.
You can get our graviera in the whole piece (approx. 10 kg), half pieces (approx. 5kg), and in an airtight package of 300 or 500 grams.
